Lucy graduated in 2016 as a Sports Therapist and has a wealth of experience in Strength and Conditioning, Running Technique Coaching and Sports Massage. She has worked for a number of years in a clinic similar to Body Logic Health. She is a firm believer in improving movement patterns, building strength and flexibility and helping clients exceed their goals.
