Rianna qualified as a sports therapist in 2019 from the University of Nottingham.
Her main focus as a Sport Rehabilitator, is to deliver high quality patient care, and return people back to their best, both mentally and physically, using exercise prescription and patient education to do so. She has experience in soft-tissue / manual therapy, injury assessment and rehabilitation programming. She has worked within both the elite sport and the private healthcare sectors.
