Over the past 4 years he has worked for the NHS, worked privately and with Hammersmith & Fulham RFC specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Gina qualified as a physiotherapist in South Africa in 2015. She worked for two years in South Africa mainly in the private sector with musculoskeletal while completing her post graduate in Manipulative Physiotherapy. In 2019 Gina is undertaking her Kinetic Control training.
In 2018 she completed her APPI Reformer Pilates training and is now busy helping grow our pilates section of the business.

Sam, who is a head of performane, joined the team as a sports rehabilitator back in 2013, however having caught the bug he continued his training and qualified as a physiotherapist in 2017. He has a movement background from work with Gloucester RFC and continues to combine his knowledge across his fields of trianing, and is ready to help you with your injury.

Terho graduated in 2006 as a physiotherapist from Pirkanmaa Polytechnic, Finland. He had his own practise in Finland for the last 10 years before moving to London in January 2017. He specialises in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders and pain. Back in Finland he worked with National and Olympic level athletes, including track and field athletes, weight lifters and ice hockey players. He also taught anatomy in Finland. » View details
