Paul qualified in 1994 at Manchester University and began to work at Ealing Hospital NHS Trust, alongside London Scottish Rugby Club. During this period he worked in most areas of physiotherapy but it was always musculoskeletal injuries that appealed the most. It was from here that he first moved into full time private practice, where he has been working since the end of 1997. During 1999 he set up the first o the two clinics, Body Logic Health and has focused on building a team around the Movement Health concept since this point.
Paul undertook the Movement Solution Course in 2010 and has since continued his studies at Keele University, recently passing these modules, he is now an accredited Movement Control Physiotherapist. Around this time, running and triathlons entered into the spectrum and Paul trained as a Running Coach, adding to his skill set to work with clients from all backgrounds to help them achieve their goals. To further progress the Movement Specialist side of his development he completed the full training for The Performance Matrix, now recognised as TPM Active. This is the industry gold standard for movement analysis and screening, and is fully integrated into the Body Logic Health ethos.
Paul has completed numerous Olympic and Sprint Triathlons, cycling events including LEJOG, Ride London & Caledonian Etap. Along with this he has played club level Cricket & Rugby, all helping to build his understanding of training, events and sports specific loading for the body.» View details
