Emma graduated in 2005 from St George's University. She decided to specialise in Women's Health Physiotherapy when she realised how much of a difference she could make to womens lives by helping what was deamed as embarrassing problems which very few people discussed.
Her passion is getting women back to sport and especailly running after childbirth.

Gina qualified as a physiotherapist in South Africa in 2015. She worked for two years in South Africa mainly in the private sector with musculoskeletal while completing her post graduate in Manipulative Physiotherapy. In 2019 Gina is undertaking her Kinetic Control training.
In 2018 she completed her APPI Reformer Pilates training and is now busy helping grow our pilates section of the business.

Roisin joins us after a stint of living and working in New Zealand. Originally from Ireland, Roisin graduated from Ulster University in 2011 and has a background in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation as well.

Sam, who is our Head of Performance, joined the team as a sports rehabilitator back in 2013, however having caught the bug he continued his training and qualified as a physiotherapist in 2017. He has a movement background from work with Gloucester RFC and continues to combine his knowledge across his fields of training.
His skills as a rehabilitator, running coach and physiotherapist allow him to bring together a wonderful skill base to help you with your current complaint.
