Clinical Specialism: Rosie has a particular interest in strength and mobility training for injury prevention and return to sport. She is particularly interested in soft tissue therapy and rehab programming. Her work across clinical and educational settings has helped her build a flexible, person-centered approach with clients of all ages. Hobbies: Outside of work, Rosie’s always moving, whether that’s running half marathons, playing tennis, practicing Pilates, or squeezing in a yoga session.
