Britany completed her Physiotherapy degree at Northumbria University in Newcastle in 2018. With six years of experience, she has worked in the NHS across all key physiotherapy specialities. One of her key specialities was working with clients with a range of Neurological conditions.
She has experience with a wide range of conditions from postoperative, fractures, sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, to acute and chronic Neurology conditions.
Britany is dedicated to treating patients physically and holistically, addressing the body as a whole to alleviate pain and restore movement, strength, and function. She specialises in movement analysis, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, using her background in exercise and Pilates to help individuals regain efficient movement.
Britany is passionate about the benefits of movement and Pilates for physical health, mental well-being, and sports performance.

Annie is a physiotherapist who graduated with first class honours from Cardiff University in 2020.
As a post graduate, she completed her rotations within the NHS, gaining a very wide range of experience in multiple fields of physiotherapy, including rehabilitation of neurology, cardiorespiratory, medical and community related conditions, as well as musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
After completing a gap year to travel south east Asia and Australia, she returned to practise in the private sector, specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
In addition to her work commitments, Annie has also played football from a young age. Her passion for sports is what has fuelled her interest in the world of physiotherapy and injury management. View details »
Jack qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 2020. Since then he has been working in the private sector dealing with MSK injuries for all ages. He has experience in dealing with a wide range of sports injuries.
He particularly enjoys getting people back to playing and participating in their chosen sport or activity.
