Roisin joins us after a stint of living and working in New Zealand. Originally from Ireland, Roisin graduated from Ulster University in 2011 and has a background in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation as well.
She is motivated by helping you get back to good movement health and will be joining our Pilates team to help ensure that we have high quality instructors.
She is a very good golfer and plays off low single figures and enjoys playing Hurling and Gaelic Football in her spare time. View details »
Boutheina has just joined the team and with over 8 years experience, brings a fantastic background of knowledge to the team.
Boutheina graduated from the University of Tunis in 2011 and has worked for a number of years in private practice in both Tunisia and the UK.
She has a keen interest in MSK Physiotherapy. She is very interested in movement and how to get people moving better.
She has experience with all ages of patients from infants to the elderly. Dealing with rheumatic, neurological, orthopaedic and sports

Alex joined the team at the start of 2019. He qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2014 from the University of Birmingham.
Over the past 4 years he has worked for the NHS, worked privately and with Hammersmith & Fulham RFC specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. He was previously an international sprint hurdler and has a passion for working with, and helping, improve sprinters and athletes in general. View details »
