Originally from Ireland, Roisin graduated from Ulster University in 2011 and has a background in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation as well. She spent a year in New Zealand as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
She is motivated by helping you get back to good movement health using both her Pilates and Sports and Exercise background.
She is a very good golfer and plays off low single figures and enjoys playing Hurling and Gaelic Football in her spare time. View details »
Alexandros completed his Masters in Physiotherapy from the International Hellenic University of Greece in 2016. He honed his skills when he did his military service with the special forces focusing as a Physio/medic Paratrooper.
He specialises in sports and MSK injuries having competed for Greece in Judo rising to number 1 in the Country, he knows how to correct movement pattern flaws and build strengths to avoid injuries. He has worked in a variety of sports and non sporting backgrounds.
His aim is to get you moving better and back to your pre injury best.

Sergio completed his Physiotherapy Masters in 2017 at the European University in Valladolid. Prior to this he used his degree in Sports Science to analyse, assess and treat a variety of spoting injuries.
His passion is movement and helping clients recover from injury. He has worked with a number of sports teams including Castilla Y Leon, the Elite Women's handball team and London tigers.
As an ex semi professional player himself he is aware how debilitating injuries can be so he uses his skills to help you get back to your goals as quickly as possibly as safely as possible.
