Hobbies:
Brian may have swapped the rolling green fields of Ireland for the bustling streets of London, but he’s certainly not left his Irish roots behind! Whether he’s tearing up the pitch in a game of hurling, putting in the hard hits on the Gaelic football field, or passionately cheering on the Irish rugby team (no matter where he is), Brian keeps the Irish spirit alive and kicking.

After a year working in private practice, she moved to Australia to work in a private practice clinic as a MSK physio and Reformer Pilates instructor.

Her passions are helping people move better and incorporating movement health into all aspects of training, with a particular interest in lower back pain and running injuries.
Hobbies:
Ailbhe is either heading out for a run or hunting down the best coffee spots to see if they compete with her latte art skills, she is always on the move. Rosie has a particular interest in strength and mobility training for injury prevention and return to sport. She is particularly interested in soft tissue therapy and rehab programming. Her work across clinical and educational settings has helped her build a flexible, person-centered approach with clients of all ages.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, Rosie’s always moving, whether that’s running half marathons, playing tennis, practicing Pilates, or squeezing in a yoga session. She rowed competitively at school, representing her team at national level, and has recently taken to exploring London’s outdoor lidos as a fun way to stay active.
