After a year working in private practice, she moved to Australia to work in a private practice clinic as a MSK physio and Reformer Pilates instructor.
Clinical Focus:
Her passions are helping people move better and incorporating movement health into all aspects of training, with a particular interest in lower back pain and running injuries.
Hobbies:
Ailbhe is either heading out for a run or hunting down the best coffee spots to see if they compete with her latte art skills, she is always on the move.
