Qualified with her MSc Physiotherapy at Keele University in 2025 but previously completed in 2021 her BSc (Hons) Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University. So she has over 4 years of experience across a braod spectrum of injuries and rehabilitation.
