Will loves sports and physical activity, they have played a massive role in his life.
Driven by his passion for sports, he pursued a degree in Sport & Exercise Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University,
During his time in Cardiff, he delved into a diverse array of subjects within sports science. Additionally, he gained invaluable experience working with the Celtic Dragons netball team as a strength and conditioning intern. This exposure allowed him to learn from experienced coaches and comprehend the importance of mobility and training from a more functional and sport-specific perspective, moving away from the conventional 'bodybuilding' approach.
This journey ignited a growing fascination with the concept of functional movement, both in boosting performance and contributing to rehabilitation and injury prevention.
An ex county cricketer, Will can now be found on the golf course when he is not working, bringing his handicap down to low single figures!
