Clinical Focus: Her passions are helping people move better and incorporating movement health into all aspects of training, with a particular interest in lower back pain and running injuries. Hobbies: Ailbhe is either heading out for a run or hunting down the best coffee spots to see if they compete with her latte art skills, she is always on the move. Worked with in both the elite sport and the private healthcare sectors, gaining experience in soft-tissue / manual therapy, injury assessment and rehabilitation programming. Clinical Focus: Rianna’s focus is to deliver high quality patient care, and return people back to their best, both mentally and physically, using exercise prescription and patient education to do so. Hobbies: Rianna finds joy in cooking up new recipes, breaking a sweat in fitness and dance classes, and immersing herself in different cultures while traveling. She loves spending time with friends at church, sharing laughter, good conversation, and a sense of community.
