Susan is a physiotherapist who graduated with honours from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands in 2021. With a solid educational foundation, Susan honed her skills in various physiotherapy clinics in Ireland, focusing on musculoskeletal and manual therapy. Here, she treated mostly athletes, particularly those involved in GAA sports such as hurling and Gaelic football. During her junior physiotherapy rotations within the NHS, Susan developed a keen interest in orthopaedics, focusing on post surgical care for upper limb, lower limb, and spinal injuries. In addition to her NHS commitments, she dedicated her weekends to a local physiotherapy clinic, ensuring she remained up to date with her hands on musculoskeletal and manual therapy skills. This dual commitment allowed her to seamlessly transition from treating patients post acute surgeries right through to their return to function and sports. Monique excels in the realm of enhancing movement and physical well-being. Serving as a Clinical Lead in Pilates she is committed to assisting individuals in acheiving improved physical health, pain relief and reaching their movement goals.
