Worked at Crystal Palace Football Club as the Lead Sports Therapist. Clinical Focus: Katherine is keen on using Pilates to help you move better ensuring that you hit your rehab or performance goals. She is especially passionate about pre- and post- natal women’s health rehabilitation. Hobbies: Katherine loves keeping things fun and dynamic, whether she’s powering through a workout class, shaking up a new cocktail recipe, or diving into her latest DIY project (with varying levels of success!). Roisin is a Clinical Director at Body Logic Health. Roisin graduated from Ulster University in 2014 and has a background in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation as well. Roisin does not see clients who are insured through BUPA or AXA PPP. If you are covered by these insurance companies any of our other clinicians will be able to help you. She spent a year in New Zealand as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. She is motivated by helping you get back to good movement health using both her Pilates and Sports and Exercise background. Trained in shockwave. Hobbies: Katie likes to maintain an active lifestyle through her love for hockey, regular gym workouts and running.
